Mrs Charity Mangwende is Programme Assistant in the Financial Sector Management Programme.  She joined the Institute in March 2012 as Secretary / Receptionist.

She has wide experience as a Secretary, spanning 18 years having worked for ZAOGA Forward in Faith Ministries International and Satvision Digital Satellite Services as well as being an Administrative Secretary for Symacon (Private) Limited.

Mrs Mangwende holds a Diploma in Executive Secretarial Studies from JEGA Commercial College (Zimbabwe).
