Mrs Gertrude Silishebo joined MEFMI as Human Resources Officer in March 2015. Mrs Mungolo is an experienced Human Resource practitioner with expertise gained from various sectors – government, quasi-government and private. She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Lincoln (UK), a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from the Copperbelt University (Zambia). She also holds several Diploma qualifications in various fields.

Prior to joining MEFMI, Mrs Mungolo worked for Workers’ Compensation Fund Control Board – a social security organisation – as Industrial Relations Officer.  She has also worked for the First Capital Bank as Head – Human Resource and Administration and for Mota-Engil Engenharia as Human Resources Manager.

She is currently a full member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
