MEFMI Executive Director Briefs Panellists for the Fellows Ceremonies

 The selection interviews for the MEFMI Fellows Development Programme commence today.  The interviews which will be held over a two day period will be conducted in Harare Zimbabwe.  The Institute is drawing on the experience and expertise of both former MEFMI staff members and long servicing and highly experienced practitioners in macroeconomic, debt and financial sector management.

The Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe,  Dr. Charity Dhliwayo is amongst the experts who has greatly supported the programme. Former MEFMI staff members on the panel are Mr. Alphious Ncube, Mr Charles Assey and Mr. Jason Kamweru. An expert, Mr. Marselo Abalos has also been brought from one of MEFMI’s key technical cooperating partners, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

The panellist will be involved in assessing three categories of Fellows. 32 prospective Candidate, 14 Graduate and eleven (11) Accredited Fellows will be making presentations on their  various areas of specialisation.
