This paper demonstrates how best CS-DRMS 2000+ can be deployed in a distributed network environment. Covered is how SQL2000 server database management can provide the functionality required to host CS-DRMS 2000+ application in a distributed network environment. Fibre connectivity gives a good connection between distinct networks to eliminate bandwidth limitations and minimize latency. Database integrity and network security are discussed as key elements when it comes to sharing databases between distinct networks. MSSQL 2000 replication features are illustrated as one mechanism that can be used to synchronize databases from different networks. Swaziland setup and configuration is showcased and recommendations are drawn at the end with view to attachment and testing of both the network and database infrastructure.
