MEFMI, through its Business Development Unit, delivered a five-day Strategic Planning and Implementation Workshop for the Central Bank of Somalia from 14 to 18 June 2026 in Mogadishu, Somalia.
The programme brought together senior managers, directors and advisors from across the Bank to strengthen their capacity in strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and performance management.
Participants explored practical approaches to translating strategic objectives into measurable actions and results. Key areas covered included environmental scanning, stakeholder analysis, scenario planning, strategic objective setting, organisational alignment, operational planning, strategy execution, monitoring and evaluation, and adapting strategies in response to changing circumstances.
The programme was facilitated by strategic management experts.
