Mrs Charity Mangwende
Programme Assistant, Sovereign Debt Management Programme.
Charity Mangwende is a Programme Assistant in the Sovereign Debt Management Programme. She joined MEFMI in March 2012 as a Secretary and Receptionist and has since served in a range of administrative support roles across the Institute, including as an Administrative Assistant in the Finance and Administration Department and within the Financial Sector Management Programme.
She holds a Diploma in Executive Secretarial Studies and previously worked with FIF Ministries International, Satvision Digital Satellite Services, and Symacon (Private) Limited.
