PRESIDENT John Magufuli today appointed Doto M. James as a Permanent Secretary for Ministry of Finance and Planning.  Before his appointment Mr James was Deputy PS dealing with policy. Mr James replaces Dr Servacius Likwelile who will be assigned other duties.
