CALL FOR PROPOSALS – Result Based Budgeting Training

MEFMI is seeking to engage a consultant to train its staff in Result Based Budgeting (RBB) an integral part of the Institute’s Results-Based Management. RBB is aimed at ensuring that MEFMI’s financial resources are apportioned based on expected outcomes / results. Through the RBB system, value for MEFMI’s financial resources is enhanced by matching programme cost with specific results. It is MEFMI’s aim to employ RBB in order to re-focus the Institute towards improving performance and achieving results in all decision making spheres.
