Background
Effective leadership requires among others, the ability to understand and manage individual and collective behaviours within a multicultural context. To achieve this, an effective leader needs skills to understand group behaviour and capacity to assess, interpret and respond to situations of uncertainty and complexity. An effective leader also require a thorough understanding of themselves and need to learn to positively engage people, teams and organisations by responding to challenges with greater sophistication and confidence.
Objective
To enhance the effectiveness of leaders by raising awareness of the dynamics around them, help them to be more sensitive to situations and people, as well as become more responsive, among others.
