BACKGROUND
The Combined Forum Series is an annual executive event specifically targeting Ministers and Permanent/
Principal Secretaries in the Ministries of Finance and Planning as well as Central Bank Governors in the 14
MEFMI countries. The Combined Forum has been held every year since the inception of MEFMI in 1994.
This unique high-level Executive Forum is held back-to-back with the World Bank/IMF Annual meetings in
October with the support of MEFMI collaborating partners.
