Background

As an ongoing process that started in 2024, the 12th Cohort of Candidate Fellows will continue receiving guidance from their respective mentors until the end of 2025 when they are expected to finalize their fellowship.

Objectives

The mentoring component of the Fellows Development Programme is intended to transfer skills to the Candidate Fellows in their respective areas of specialty by tapping into the knowledge, skills, and experience of the mentors that were assigned to each of them.

Target Group

The mentoring program targets the Candidate Fellows that enrolled in the 12th Cohort Fellows Development Programme.
